When paying, if... read more a customer points out that there is something incorrect on the bill (i.e there is a drink on the receipt which you told them they couldn't have because it had ran out but have charged them for it anyway) the response should not be a condescending 'oh come on now, it's only £3'. Doesn't matter if it's £3 or 3p, it's just plain rude. I won't be returning but what does it matter? Come on now, it's just one customer.
